Monday 4.30pm – 5.50pm Yoga

Tuesday 9.00am – 10.00am Ball Blast *

Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.50pm Yoga

Thursday 9.00am – 10.00am Mat Pilates *

Group classes are suitable for the Level 1 – Level 2 student.

Private Sessions can also be arranged in the studio, or in your home.
